Napkin does not offer refunds on any of our services.
Policy overview
At Napkin, we deliver custom distribution engagements for early-stage AI companies. Because each engagement is bespoke and we begin work immediately on purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Why no refunds?
- Custom work from day one. Each engagement is planned for your specific stage and ICP. Strategy, scripting, creator briefing, and posting all start in week one.
- Immediate resource allocation. We assign vetted creators and a campaign lead the moment your purchase clears.
- Platform investments. We pay for ad credits, creator fees, posting accounts, and tooling before the results show up in your funnel.
- Compounding takes time. Distribution work shows up over weeks, not days. We can't guarantee a specific outcome and we won't refund slow weeks.
What you do get
Every engagement includes:
- Senior account lead and a dedicated team channel.
- Weekly reporting on output, reach, and attributable signal.
- Continuous iteration on what's working and what isn't.
- Direct line to the operators running your campaigns.
